Lake
Sundance
Located
in Calgary's SE |
| Sundance
is one of Calgary's most southerly communities. Fish
Creek Provincial Park forms the north and east
boundary of the community and contains many amenities,
including easy access to the City's extensive pathway
system. The land comprising this community was annexed
to the City in several stages during the late 1970s
and early 1980s. Residential development of Sundance
began in 1982, making it one of Calgary's newer
communities. Lake Sundance, which is a man-made lake,
provides a major recreational amenity for the
community. |
