The Arbour Lake Residents Association maintains the lake and the
surrounding recreational facilities, including a 4,000 square foot
lakeside pavilion. The Association has a full time manager and an
activities coordinator for swimming, canoeing and tennis lessons,
skating parties, fishing derbies and kite-flying days. This is funded by
yearly assessments paid by all residents. In Arbour Lake, that
translates into $372 for lake-front houses, $260 for lots with lake
access (a direct pathway) and $150 for all other homes.
